I have a wealth of experience in knowing what can, and can't, be done and know how to get the most out of an existing building. Getting the right space in the right place, understanding the flow of the house and maximising floor space are important things to get right. Building projects are expensive and disruptive, so you need to get it right first time. A good design will ensure this happens.
I understand the planning and commercial factors involved in designing new housing developments. I have designed large and small developments across the south of England, from Kent to Devon, for both small builder / developers and large land owners. New housing is often a contentious issue, especially in the countryside or within villages, and I can bring my design experience to help you achieve the result you require.

We contacted Edward to prepare the drawings and deal with the planning aspects of our single storey extension lean-to on our end of terrace property. He advised on our options, worked with us to agree the design and then prepared the necessary drawings for us to approve. These were then submitted and planning was granted. Ed was professional and responsive and the process of obtaining planning was from our perspective, very straightforward.

Edward, managed to guide us through a very difficult planning application, even attending a council planning hearing, and speaking on our behalf which resulted in our application being awarded to our specifications. We found his guidance, knowledge, ideas and professionalism, very helpful, especially having a bad experience with building works previously.

My project was quite an extensive domestic home extension and refurbishment. The emphasis was on the design of a more modern Cotswold home. Edward was very collaborative and great to work with. From his first concepts, right the way through planning application, technical designs and build. What we ended up with was a stunning home that is sympathetic to the street it's in, yet it stands out. Very few people pass By without passing on a compliment. So proud!
