Like other recent reviewers, we made the mistake of getting brendon gilford to do some design and planning work for us. the design work took far longer to complete than promised. naively, we paid in advance for him to submit the planning application. the money disappeared into a black hole and brendon stopped returning calls, emails and texts. for a while, he pretended he was working on it but when we checked with the planning office, this turned out not to be true.
avoid this company and brendon gilford. he is a crook, will steal your money and then ghost you.

Does the minimum work possible (very fast and inaccurate) to get paid with the promise that the rest of it will get done 'by the weekend'. 'The weekend' Brendon was referring to, was about 6 months later when some shoddy rubbish turned up that (after chasing most weeks for 6 months) we decided to pay someone else to do the job properly. Basically I had the same experiance as the other negative reviewers on here.
I take this to mean that either you have a 50/50 chance with this guy that he can be bothered to do your work properly, or, and probably more likely, you have no chance of it being done properly at all and the good reviews come from him or his mates! My experiance was about 8 years ago but still feeling sore about it and decided to Google him to see if he was still in business letting people down - looks like he is :(

As already mentioned by previous reviewers this guy, Brendon, takes the job and doesn't deliver. I had a project that was very much time sensitive and I asked him if he could provide the required drawings on a quick turnaround, which he confirmed. It took months, and he rarely responded any e-mail or phone call and, in the rare occasions he did he promised to have everything done by "the next weekend" which never happened.
I had to threaten him with a court case, charging him for all the losses this delay had caused, giving him 1 week to deliver. Only then he delivered the work, even though not complete.

Do not use this company as they will take your money and not do the work as laid down on the quotation given. Will not respond to a phone call from you unless you use a different phone number unknown to this company. If you do manage to contact them they promise to do the plans by the weekend but several months later still waiting.

We commisoned Greenfields Architectural Sevices to obtain planning permission for us for our Loft Conversion, one of their surveyors came around to our property at the weekend and we had a full set of plans by the following Wednesday. The plans were passed and we instructed Greenfields Architectural Services to handle the buildng regulation application for us. The results are amazing and we are so happy with the results that have totally transformed our property. Would recommend Greenfields Architectural no problem.

Top quality construction plans and management of my project. I needed the plans fast for my builder and within three days the completed plans and calculations were in my builders hands and submitted to Local Authority Building Control. Top Service cannot fault Greenfields Architectural Services for commitment and a great eye for detail.

I commisioned Greenfields Architectural Services to obtain planning permission for a dormer loft conversion and single storey extension to my property. They obtained the planning approvals with no problems whatsover and all the worry and stress on my part was not warranted as they dealt with the whole process on my behalf. I then commisioned them to produce the construction/building regulation plans and structural calculations.
My loft and extension was finished 2 weeks before Christmas and I am overjoyed with the results. I have recommended Greenfields to all my friends and relatives and I am sure they will be in touch soon. Many thanks Greenfields a service well provided.

Me and my wife were in a predicament, move to a bigger house or extend the existing family home. The children were all settled in their schools and we love the area we live in. The first architect we employed had our proposals turned down twice, Greenfields Architectural services managed to get our proposals through the planners first time. From our initial free consultation and survey of our property by one of their surveyors we had a full set of plans for submission within a few days. Greenfields handled all the submission of the planning application and liased closely with our Local authority planning officer. Great service for a great price!!
