The project consists of four self-contained 2 bedroom flats built into a slope on Belmont Hill, Lewisham. They feature a planted roof designed to promote growth of local wild flowers for biodiversity. They are provided with solar panels on the South side which contribute towards heating and hot water provision in each of the flats. The building has been constructed to achieve high levels of thermal insulation. The building and its roof were designed to visually extend the existing grassy communal space situated North of the flats when looking Southwards.
