Freedom Homes were referred to us by our builder ini order to design, draw-up plans and submit a planning application to our local authority. They responded very quickly to the referral and were on site within a few days to take measurements, photos, etc. Following that, we were invited to a Zoom meeting to discuss the design with their architect, Philip Jennings.
The end result was a design that met our needs andsuccess at geting permission granted at the first attempt. A very professional and reliable service provided by Freedom Homes, and I would thoroughly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Cameron and the team at Freedom Homes. We used them for a reconfiguration of the ground floor of our house; opening up the ground floor, redesigning the kitchen and adding bi-folding doors to the rear of the property. They were very fast to respond, hit the deadlines they committed to, were happy to make amendments, and very competitive on fees. We will certainly use them again for future projects.

Very happy with the services provided by Freedom, they have successfully gained us planning for 2 new build house. The proposed site is complex and sensitive in terms of neighbours and local policy. All revisions and council requests were actioned very quickly and we were also kept informed of the application progress at all times. I would highly recommend Freedom Homes for your next project.

I would like to recommend Freedom Homes Services Ltd (headed by Philip) for their excellent, professional and efficient service. We were planning to build a side and rear extension. They offered us detailed high quality drawings which were of excellent value. They provided invaluable advice in the designs and helped us get our planning application granted by the council.

We employed the services of Freedom Homes to design a kitchen extension. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the project but Phillip put us at ease from the time of his first visit to our property. He spent a lot of time going over the design plan and had a lot of useful advice and suggestions. Freedom Homes handled the approvals from Greenwich council and were prompt to alter the drawings as per the council's requirements.
While it is a straightforward kitchen extension, the fact the builder was able to execute the design without once checking or clarifying with the architects is testimony to the quality and precision of their work.

Extremely professional, prompt to respond and advised us through the process. Cameron and his team have supported us throughout our loft conversion build, working with us throughout the design and submission to the council, which all got approved thanks to the work from Freedom Homes. Cameron has sent through recommended surveyors and structural engineers and building control which is extremely helpful when working full time. I would highly recommend Freedom.

This is the first time I have contacted an architect to undertake work and I was slightly nervous as the project was a large refurbishment for a business unit. Philip came to the premises and was shown what was needed and duly produced the plans and drawings. Philip was charming and very professional. He put me at ease and was always contactable for issues and queries, which were many on this project.
He gave honest advice and was responsive to our queries and concerns. There were many difficult obstacles to overcome but Philip could always be relied upon to deal with these efficiently and in a timely manner. The charges for the work were very fair and reasonable.

I was very nervous about the whole process of planning an extention but from the first visit from Philip to the further communications with Cameron, I was put completely at ease and every step was explained very clearly.
