Agreeing brief, surveys, feasibility studies, planning applications, building regulations, schedules of work, project management. We can advise on building regulation SAP & SBEM calculations, BREAM assessments, Code for Sustainable Homes, 'Building for Life', health & safety legislation. We can advise on Health & Safety aspects of construction and offer the Principal Designer duties under the CDM 2015 Regulations.
