Our journey with Fast Plans have been brilliant and very straight forward. A truly efficient and outstanding company and team. Surveyor came same week I called in for an appointment, he was on time and courteous. Within two weeks, my loft conversion, 1st floor and ground floor plans with engineer calculations were completed and submitted for lawful development planning permit. George has to be the most patient and accommodating architect you will ever encounter. He is very responsive, knowlegeable, and answered all of so many questions I had. Using fast plans has been a great experience. Very efficient at drawing up the plans and answering our questions, as well as giving advice on the process. George had some great suggestions on how we could make the best use of our space and took into account our ideas. Amendments were also turned around in quick time. Fast Plans had draft drawings ready for us 3 days after they visited our property. We requested 2 changes to the drawings which were done immediately. They submitted them to Wandsworth Council and the plans were approved 8 weeks later. Our builder was very happy with the plans and we are stoked with our new loft conversion. We found the whole process very straight forward and would happily recommend the team at Fast Plans!

Excellent company, very professional and good value. I am very pleased with the work. I found Fast Plans by chance using google search. I had tried local firms who seemed to want to charge a small fortune for the work I needed. George at Fast Plans was excellent in taking me through step by step in the process of creating my plans and submitting them.
