Here at Urban Archiworx we look after your design from start to finish we take the hassle off your hands in full. The first step after the initial quote is to take out a measured survey of you property in mind with photos taken of the existing elevations of the site.A scheme design is then discussed and options are then sketched up.
All information is then transferred to CAD.
After 5 working days all drawings are complete then the final design is completed with your input and changes done if needed.
A full planning pack is then put together for the council's submission. (OS base map, applications forms, photos, drawings and access and design statements are all prepared)
