We are a small and personal London based Architectural Consultancy offering a unique and unparalleled range of services based upon over 25 years of experience in the planning and design industry. We provide a complete start to finish planning service for a pre-agreed all inclusive fixed price. Our prices are firm.
Sharpeplan provide low cost creative and constructive design solutions, we prepare Planning and Building Regulations Applications, drawings and specifications, energy efficiency calculations (SAPS), construction and structural engineering drawings with supporting calculations for local council approval.
We use the latest AutoCAD software to prepare your property plans making use of its 3D and Building information modelling (BIM) capabilities to produce accurate building models and plans. We prepare plans to a recognised metric scale and show the proposed development in high detail indicating clearly what is proposed and how it relates to the existing dwelling.
Here is an example of a Hipped to clipped Gable Rear Dormer loft conversion with rear and side extension. Structural calculations are not included with this estimate, as they are a bespoke item and particular to the property, we will need to review the site as part of our initial verification process and we will include a quote for this by email reply that will include our fees.

We have just completed our extension with Sharpeplan using our own builder, the design process was great and allowed us to make some great design decisions, we made several changes one of which allowed us to save on the cost of the steel work. Our builder also commented on the high level of detail in the plans and specification. Hope to use in the near future for our loft conversion, our builder has also changed his architect to Sharpeplan. Thanks Nigel

I am based in France and have several properties in London that I have renovated with Sharpeplan over the years. I cannot always get out to London but have developed a great relationship with Nigel and now trust him to complete the design of projects with the minimum of fuss and at the best prices I have found online. I won’t use anyone else and would recommend if you are planning on any construction work.
