We design contemporary solutions, and we also work with historic Grade 1 and 2* listed buildings, in which we are proud to possess a 100% track record in achieving planning permission for on the first attempt. Our experience is primarily found in residential projects, commercial architecture and historical architecture.

We are an architectural practice working in the United Kingdom with a variety of clients in the private residential, corporate, charity and hospitality sectors. Our professional team consists of a group of qualified professionals including ARB Architects, RIBA registered Architects and Part 1 and Part II architectural professionals.

Joshua directs all activities within the office and it's workflow. This covers initiating new conceptual work, principle design work, project oversight, technical design and on-site delivery. Joshua read BA Hons Architecture at London South Bank University and proceeded to work for Harper Downie Architects before setting up the practice.

We design stunning residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, ecclesiastical architecture. This encompasses one-off luxury homes, ultra-modern extensions, sensitive work to existing historic structures, mixed-use schemes, historical listed building conversions, development within the green-belt, multiple-dwelling development among others.
