BDS Architecture Ltd is owned by Tim Foster, an experienced designer with a background in construction.He started his career working as a site manager for large construction firms including Llaing O’Rourke, Thomas Fish and Carrillion before changing direction and becoming a designer.
Tim established BDS Architecture Ltd over 15 years ago and has a wide network of contacts across industries including strong links with the local authority planning teams, builders and surveyors.

We help property owners, small developers and builders create beautiful homes and home extensions. We begin with free advice over the phone before giving you a fixed price quotation.

We will help you to look at the possibilities and options for your new house or extension, taking into consideration any planning issues or constraints when preparing plans.

Tim Foster, our lead designer will also guide you through the design and planning process from your initial ideas and preparing home and extension plans through to the start of building works on site. We will submit the home or extension plans on your behalf to both planning and building control, and obtain any structural calculations and surveys required for this.
