Ecotecture Ltd has been delivering low energy and low carbon architecture for the last 13 years. Our intuitive understanding green architecture is the driving force behind our practice. The key to good architecture is the relationship between the finished building and its users. How people interact with our buildings in terms of aesthetics, energy use, thermal comfort, health and well-being is extremely important to us. We have devised our design standards to inspire and make a positive impact on people lives.
Ecotecture works in residential, commercial and community projects of varying sizes. Our design philosophy extends to all remits of construction, identifying the uses of the development, and therefore addressing its potential environmental impact becomes launching point for all of ecotecture's projects.
Ecotecture also provides multiple consultancy services, where we are able to help address the environmental impact of developments on a larger scale. These services focus on energy savings being achieved through provable means, in particular, our consultancy work seeks to improve the thermal performance of buildings with a "fabric first" approach. Please see the services section for further details.
