Stanza Design well known for its food concept design has designed retail food units, espresso bars and restaurants of many types as well as general retail units from fashion stores to banks, bringing new concepts to markets or rolling out existing brands.

Stanza Design has recently been working with Pizza Union on their latest restaurant situated in Kings Cross, London. With a brief to provide technical and design development we worked closely with the client to develop an urban Italian feel through materials and colour. In addition there was a very detailed focus on the operational needs including the service counter.

The roots are Italian and the materials that have been selected, wood, marble and glazed ceramic tiles, give it an authentic flavour of its origins. The largest addition to Caffe Vergnano's estate with 100 covers offering an all day Cafe/bar and restaurant experience. Customers enjoy contempory and comfortable surroundings while having traditional Italian quality food and drinks.

Retail design specialist Stanza Design was to prepare a rapid review of their existing operation, develop the brand and update the store interior design to ensure Vital Ingredient becoming a leader amongst their relevant competitors in the market place. Stanza Design helped build a pilot site London Wall to trial the new design.
