Stithians - the conversion of Cornish barns into an energy efficient new home. This sympathetically designed four bedroom detached residence is a striking and energy efficient brand new contemporary home of exceptional quality standing in an area of open Cornish countryside with sweeping views towards Stithians Lake. A timber-frame cedar-clad annex incorporating double garage, lounge and additional bedrooms was included. The building achieves a Code Level 3 rating under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Sanders Pepper Smith undertook a comprehensive design and drawing service for Building Regulations for this exceptional multi-bedroom dwelling at St. Mawes on Cornwall's Roseland Peninsula - including construction detail for walls, floors and roof in accordance with S.A.P. calculations to ensure thermal performance. Original planning approval was gained by others for this project - with supplementary planning amendments obtained by Sanders Pepper Smith.

Construction of two select gated developments designed by Sanders Pepper Smith is currently underway at Portreath, Cornwall. Both Sunnyvale Meadow (comprising three detached properties) and Homefield (four two-bedroom apartments and nine two-bedroom houses) feature an emphasis on the styling and design of contemporary living spaces with exceptionally low running costs. Within easy walking distance of one of Cornwall's finest family beaches and easily accessible from the A30.
