Following your initial planning enquiry, we will come to meet with you in your home or site to discuss your initial planning application & ideas, how they could be achieved, and what other ideas may also be considered.

This first meeting will be followed up with a free quotation, which you are then free to accept or decline, with no strings attached.

Should you wish to go ahead with the planning application, the next stage would be to take a measured survey of the property - or of the relevant parts of the property.

We then take your ideas through the planning process, consulting with you through all stages of the planning process.

We will visit you in your home, to take you through the plans, drawings and planning application process.

Now may be the time to start planning as it can take in excess of 8 weeks for the Council to process your planning application and a further 2 weeks for the building regulations.

Planning Application fees are payable directly to the Council & submitted with the application.
