My wife and I were very impressed with the fast, efficient service provided by Coogan Architects. Barry listened to our requirements and provided a clear brief with multiple designs for our consideration. After further friendly discussion the brief was agreed and plans were promptly revised and finalised. Barry guided us through the warrant application and kept us fully informed of progress along the way. Building work has now commenced and I would not hesitate to recommend Coogan Architects to both friends and family.

Barry was very professional, undertook exactly what we asked for taking on board our suggestions and updating designs/drawings/specifications as requested. Friendly and professional service throughout. We already had some ideas about a planned extension but this was augmented by new suggestions which proved better than we could have expected. It was great to work with such a professional and approachable firm, given that I've never been through the process of designing an extension before. They kept me informed through every stage of the process and dealt with all the planning and building warrant issues.
