We have over 30 years experience from domestic extensions or new dwellings to new commercial property developments of buildings, car parks, canopies, industrial or conversion modifications. From submitting planning applications to resolving Building Regulation solutions, to tender packages to management.

In commercial and domestic development, the role of CDM C and the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, form an important part of the building process. With issues of resource and competence of contractors and designers, the regulations are quite stringent with their requirements. The role of Principal Designer has ben created to support the client at the early stages of design.

With roads and parking areas being increasingly congested, building and site designs are being challenged more and more. Where manoeuvring space is at a premium, the client and the planning authority would like to be confident the external design is fit for purpose. With this in mind, we have been able to provide as a separate service, a swept path analysis of any area using various FTA approved vehicles templates in Autocad. If you dont have a Cad drawing, dont worry, we can take most kinds of image, and as long as there is a scale we can overlay the sweep on it.
