We are a highly motivated team producing designs which balance the conflicting requirements of brief, location, budget and planning restrictions, often working within tight restraints and within an historical context. We aim to work in a close partnership with enthusiastic clients, skilled craftspeople, approving authorities and other consultants to produce the highest standards of design informed by the principles of sustainability. Private Houses - new build including one off and specialist design solutions, refurbishment, conversions - together with landscape and interior design.

Shaun Soanes, Nicholas Jacob and the whole of NJA approached our intense three-year restoration project with a deep understanding of and respect for historical architecture, coupled with practicality and finesse. Hey just wanted to post a quick review to say well done and thanks to all the guys at NJA for their work on my project. I have an ongoing project in Norfolk that we hope to get over the line soon and I really appreciate the professional approach by Shaun Pippa & Nick and all associated with NJA to get this to where it should be.
