BBA Architects & Planners was established in 1992 and is a limited company, owned by its working Directors. Since our conception, BBA has been focused on creating a multi-skilled and diverse workforce. This aspiration for a multi-faceted company is demonstrated by the skills and beliefs of the present Directors.
We develop, collaborate and coordinate the entire design process from project inception to completion. We use our skills and experience to listen to our client's needs focusing on their requirements and aspirations for the scheme, following each step as set out by the RIBA Stage of Work:. 3. Creation of Project Strategies and Concept Designs, consideration of Design programmes and cost information.
BBA's Director of Planning, Dan Washington, is instrumental in our ability to offer an extensive range of planning services to our clients. Having a dedicated Town & Country Planner within the team, ensures that planning strategies and appraisals are assessed throughout design development. We recognise that each scheme is unique and so we tailor a bespoke strategy to deliver each project.
Rejuvenation of a Clifton Grade II* Georgian Mansion House, into an exemplary office and training centre. Located within part of the former Grade II* Octagon Chapel, Milsom Place, the Spin Village provided a unique and challenging project for the design team. The refurbishment and re-use of a former railway building to one based on a community led mixed use.
