Chartered Practice Architects Ltd has been based in Hammersmith since 1992. During this time we have advised our clients & undertaken many different projects both in the UK as well as overseas. However, it is our specific local knowledge which has provided our clients with professional skills that has been the key to realising projects for our clients by maximising the potential of their properties & sites.
Due to the long established location of our practice, many of our residential projects involve work to properties in Conservation Areas as well as works to Listed Buildings. Our clients have benefited from our knowledge of local planning policy in this regard when working on extending & refurbishing existing properties as well as new build projects in order to maximise the potential & value of a property or site.
