You will be in a much better position for contacting builders once you have detailed plans drawn. If you need a builder we can recommend builders in Letchworth, Hitchin, Stevenage, Biggleswade, Harpenden, St. Albans Welwyn, Luton and Central Bedfordshire. All initial enquiries will be initially dealt with by phone or email (photographs) to establish feasibility and estimated costs.

I would thoroughly recommend AAC design. Pete Carr came up with some original ideas which a previous architect who had completed work on our property had never considered. He was very professional, answering my many queries, even after the plans had been submitted and work commenced. Our kitchen/living area now has the wow factor, which we wanted with open space, skylights and bifold doors.
Even from the exterior the extension has been sympathetically designed in keeping with the original building and has had many positive comments from neighbours in the street. I would not hesitate to use Pete again and feel his price is very reasonable.
