I live in N Ireland and needed to sort out an issue with a washing line ground spike for my daughter who lives in Reading. Spoke to a lovely girl called Sarah. She could not have been more helpful - sorted out the problem and arranged for the item to be posted to my daughter, so that it was there for me when I went over to visit her. This is what customer service is all about - I was expecting the usual issues but very pleasantly surprised. Sarah sorted it for me in about 2 minutes and had a sense of humour to boot. She is an excellent advert for the company - well done. This is the kind of customer service that brings customers back time after time. Thank you Sarah!
