Nye Saunders are an award winning chartered architectural practice based in Godalming, Surrey, offering the full range of architectural services to assist you from inception of the project to handover of the completed building. We are architects and designers able to assist clients through the RIBA Work Stages for the design and delivery of buildings and places. Our portfolio is eclectic and distinctive, reflecting the diversity of our clients and the places in which we work. Nye Saunders are well known and well respected by all the local planning & conservation officers.
It has been a pleasure to work with Nye Saunders on three separate projects, two on our house and another converting two agricultural buildings into three houses. We had worked with Mark before and loved the work he did for us on our former home. When we bought a new home that we wanted to extend and fundamentally re configure we didn't think twice about getting in touch with Mark at Nye Saunders. He worked closely with us in developing our ideas and presented a design that reflected exactly what we wanted.
He then set about refining the detail, obtaining Planning Permission, a straight forward process. Mark is very easy to work with, constructive and attentive. The project has taken 11 months but he has kept us completely up to speed. A long time for us to have been out but a great experience. The build exceeds our expectation, can't wait to live in it!
