Our architectural team at MFA recognise the contribution of good architecture in improving the quality and design of new buildings, public realms and places in Scotland. We provide a professional and bespoke architectural service specifically tailored to the requirements of our clients across Fife, Scotland and the UK.
Our planning team at MFA is able to build upon a wealth of professional planning experience to take on board today's complex planning and environmental challenges. Our aspirations reflect those of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and we aim to provide each client with a personal planning service that addresses their individual needs and requirements.
The Scottish Government wants to encourage improved trust and open, positive working relationships from the earliest stages in the planning process and to provide, where possible, an early opportunity for community views to be reflected in proposals. The objective of PAC is for communities to be better informed about major and national development proposals and to have an opportunity to contribute their views before a formal planning application is submitted to the planning authority. This helps to improve the quality of planning applications; mitigate negative impacts where possible; address misunderstandings; and to air and to address where practicable any community issues.
